1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "you") and ARANOVA ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the AiSecBox platform ("Platform" or "Service").
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
AiSecBox is a vulnerability management platform that aggregates, normalizes, and presents vulnerability data from various third-party security sources.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ARANOVA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ARANOVA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
